Mr. Kayode Abdulkadir B.Sc, ACII
Mr. Kayode Abdulkadir is a cognate insurance professional with 14 years insurance experience and over 5 years leading Ideal Insurance Brokers. He is a graduate of Psychology from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-Ife, Osun State.
He started his insurance career with Staco Insurance Plc, then moved to the now defunct First Chartered Insurance Company as a marketing executive. His stinct of hardwork and high performance saw him rise through the ranks rapidly to the position of Team lead and a Manager at Staco Insurance Plc on his return to the organization.
He joined the management of Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited in 2012 as a General Manager. He has risen through his exceptional dedication and transformative ideas to the position of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in his short time with the organization, a position he currently holds. He has over the years attended various trainings.
He is a member of Ikeja Golf Club and an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He is also a member of the Publicity and Publications Committee of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). He is happily married with children.
Abdulateef Olabode Abdulkadir
Alhaji A.O. Abdulkadir has over 45 years business experience with over 30 years in the insurance Industry. He obtained a Higher Diploma in Aeronautical Administration which has enabled him to work at the top administrative and management levels of various aviation companies. Due to his dedication to duty and hard work, he rose to the position of Managing Director of Imani Aviation Limited in 1982 after been the first Nigerian Operations Manager of Aero Contractors Limited.
He left Imani Aviation and founded Latkad International Limited and Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited years later due to his passion for Insurance. He is currently the Chairman of Latkad International Limited and Executive Vice-Chairman of Ideal Insurance Brokers. Alhaji A.O. Abdulkadir founded Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited in 1988.
He served as the Head of the organization till he stepped aside in 2016. He has attended several trainings, courses and seminars both in Nigeria and overseas. He has over 30 years experience in Insurance Brokerage practice and has handled various portfolio spanning oil and Gas Insurance, Aviation Insurance, Fire Insurance, Pensions Scheme Administration and Group Life Assurance. In 2013,
Alhaji A.O. Abdulkadir pioneered the insurance brokerage service for the first Nigeria owned Environmental Satelite Insurance, the Nigeriasatl and took active part in the insurance of the Nigcomsat-1 Communication Satelite in 2007. He is a member/Patron of many sports club, religious and philanthropic Association. He is the National Adviser of Rahmat Islamiyyah Association of Nigeria and a member of Ikeja Golf Club. He is happily married with children.
Halima Bello B.Sc, MBA, MCIoD, FIMC
Halima Bello serves as the Executive Director of Operations and Finance. She is a certified Accountant and Consultant with over 25 years of work experience in the insurance and finance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Abuja, master’s in business administration from the prestigious University of Calabar and MBA (Supply Chain Management) from the Clayton State University.
She started her working career with the foremost insurance company in Nigeria, National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) Plc, before joining Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited. Through hard work, resilience and dedication, she has risen to her current executive position.
She is a distinguished leader and consultant in financial strategy, risk management, and business optimization within the insurance and financial sectors. She has engaged in numerous national and international training programs and industry seminars, continually refining her expertise. Beyond her leadership role, she provides specialized consultation and training to high-profile clients, equipping them with cutting-edge risk mitigation strategies and fraud prevention techniques, reinforcing financial security and corporate resilience.
She is a member of the Chattered Institute of Directors (CIoD), member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC), Senior Member of the Chattered insurance institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (IMC). She actively serves on various committees within NCRIB, CIoD, CIIN, and FRC, where she provides invaluable expertise and strategic contributions.
Opeyemi Abiola Aremu B.Sc, Associate CITN, ICAN
Mrs. Opeyemi Aremu is a graduate of Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She joined Zenith Bank Plc as an Executive Trainee and rose to the position of Deputy Manager (Branch Operations) through hard work.
She joined Ideal Insurance Brokers as Senior Manager accounts. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She is a member of various religion organizations.
She has attended various Accounting and Taxation training within and outside the country. She is happily married with a child. She has over 14 years cognate work experience with the last 5 years with us at Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited.
Musa Yusuf OND, DIPLO
Mr. Musa Yusuf holds a National Diploma in Business Administration and also a Diploma in Computer Studies from Debis Computer Institute, Lagos. He started his working career from Latkad International Limited as a Clerk.
He moved to Datarex Systems Nigeria Limited before joining Ideal Insurance Brokers as a pioneer staff. He has risen to the position of Manager Underwriting due to hard work, diligence and dedication to duty over the years.
He has attended various training and seminars organized by NCRIB, NAICOM and various institutes. He is a member of various religious organizations and socials clubs. He is happily married with children. He has over 20 years Insurance Underwriting experience having moved through every department of the organization as a pioneer staff.
Ahmed Adewale Adeneye LLB.Law, M.Sc.
Mr. Adewale Adeneye is our Manager in charge of our claims department. He is an insurance claims specialist with over seven years in insurance claims administration. He is a graduate of Law from London South Bank University and also holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Investigation from University of Teaside, Middlesbrough both in the United Kingdom.
He joined Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited as our Head of Claims. He has vast experience in research and claims investigation having worked with the Roda Research Institute, United Kingdom as a Research Officer, and also as a case worker on the Newharm Monitoring Project, United Kingdom. He is a member of the bar in Nigeria after successfully graduating from the Nigerian Law School. He is happily married with children.
He has over 20 years of cognate work experience. He is a member of the Forensic Science Society and National Association of Document Examiners both in the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Nigeria.
Oluremi Alli B.Sc, HND
Mr. Oluremi Alli is an astute insurance professional with over 40 years practical hands on experiences in the industry. He holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Marketing from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State.
He started his professional career with Great Nigeria Insurance Limited as an underwriter in their pensions department. He moved to Time Insurance Brokers as the Head of their Life and Pension Department. He joined Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited and through hardwork and dedication to duty, he has risen to the position of General Manager.
He has attended several training in Pension Administration, Underwriting, Oil and Gas /Energy Insurance. He has also written and presented various papers at different seminars. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria as well as religious organizations. He is happily married with children.
Francis Owa Olasanmi PGD, MB
Mr. Francis Olasanmi holds a Diploma in Marketing and Advance Diploma in Insurance and Investment Management from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in management studies and Masters in Marketing both from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He has over 35 years experience in the insurance industry.
He started his career at Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc as a Senior Superintendent before joining Admiral Insurance Company Limited as a Branch Manager. He moved to Confidence insurance Company Limited, Golden insurance Company Limited as Technical Manager before joining Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited where he is currently Deputy General Manager Technical.
He has attended various Technical, Marketing and Leadership courses such as Personal Accident and Workmen's Compensation Insurance Course by FAS Consultants, Engineering Insurance Course by OAL, Liability Insurance Underwriting and Claims by OAL. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria.
He has facilitated various seminars and training based on his knowledge and experience in insurance underwriting. H? is happily married with children and grand children.
Oluwabukola Sherifah Adeneye B.Sc. PGD
Mrs. Oluwabukola Adeneye is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Abuja and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from same University.
She started her working career with MTEL, the mobile phone subsidiary of Nigerian Telecommunications Limited. She established her own company called Lavish and Leisure where she was CEO before joining Ideal Insurance Brokers as Company Secretary.
She is a member of various social and religions organizations. She has attended various management and insurance trainings which has equipped her for her current role. She is happily married with children.
